Studio3 is a boutique style studio located at the top of the Bupa building in Newmarket, Auckland. Specializing in Pilates, Xtend Barre, Dance and Yoga classes. We encourage teens from age 14 upwards in all our classes, great for those playing sports and wanting to strengthen and lengthen tight muscles, improve core strength and avoid injuries. Our classes are also great for Mum's and daughters to attend together. We offer a $15 casual student rate. Read more
