Tennis Monsters have a new venue for their programmes which is the Forrest Hill Tennis Centre on the North Shore ... introducing The North Shore Tennis School. Classes include: Mini Shots (ages 3-5 years old) a basic skills and hand/eye co-ordination programme for tots, includes parent participation. Hot Shots (Red level ages 5-7 and Orange level ages 8-10) - Beginner programmes using modified equipment such as smaller rackets, low compression balls, smaller courts and nets. Tennis Xpress: a fast track learning group for adults. Cardio Tennis: a tennis exercise programme to get fit!
