    Manaia Baptist Camp is a non-profit community facility administered by Regent Community Trust. The camp is situated near Whangarei in the Whangarei heads, 2½ hours from Auckland. There is bunk beds, camping and lodge accommodation from $8.50 to $15.50 per person per night. The camp has its own safe harbour beach and it lies within walking distance from the Mt Manaia and Mt Aubrey hiking tracks. Ocean Beach is 10 mins away by car. This camp has a NO alcohol policy
