Hawkes Bay Mountain Bike Club (HBMTBC) is the largest cycling club in NZ with approx. 1800 members. Membership includes an annual permit into the premier mountain bike facility on the East Coast of the North Island, where the club have built over 100km of trails within 1300ha of privately owned pine forest - known as PAN PAC ESKDALE MTB PARK, and are building lots more. There are plenty of MTB trails to suit all types, styles and ability of rider, from the young beginner, to the seasoned professional. Read more

The facilities available are:- 10 km of mountain bike trails of varying grades : BMX track : PUMP track: kiddies cycle trail : dirt track : bush walks and Frisbee course. Water fountain, BBQ picnic area and toilet all on site. 2 carparks. All facilities are free but donations are welcome. Read more
