Welcome to Global Jiu-Jitsu Health and Fitness, where martial arts, health and well-being are in our DNA. We have been teaching and educating people in the art of jiu-jitsu for over a decade and take great pride in the fact that we have positively impacted many people's lives as a result.

We provide a family-friendly atmosphere where our members can grow and develop in an environment where they are supported and encouraged throughout their learning and development process.

We have programs for men, women and, children starting from age 5, and our programs incorporate several martial art disciplines from Self-Defense, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or simply Jiu-Jistu, Wrestling, and Submission Grappling.

Our facility has several prominent features, including our main studio with 100m2 of tatami mat space, wall mats, strength and conditioning studio, changing rooms, toilets, shower with plenty of off-street parking. Our gym is based in Katikati, and we service many of the surrounding area's with students from, Omokoroa, Te Puna, Bethlehem, Whakamarama, Pahoia, Tauranga, Waihi, Waihi Beach and Athenree.
