ACCELERANDO PIANO
My You Tube channel has a collection of short tutorials providing tips & tricks to improve your piano playing. Each video focuses on a particular aspect of learning to play, whether it be establishing the fundamentals of note reading, exploring elements of technique or introducing basic theory.

BIOGRAPHY
I am a professional piano teacher based in Waverley, Dunedin. With over 30 years experience, I manage a large online teaching practice with students ranging from beginners to diploma level. My experience with young students led me to compose a series of educational children's piano scores which are published by Hal Leonard.

I graduated from Otago University with a BA in English, a Bachelor of Music (in Piano Performance) and a Post Graduate Diploma. In 1991 I completed my LTCL Performers Diploma & in 1996 I was awarded an ABRSM Centenary Travel Grant Scholarship to attend the Royal College of Music in London where I gained my LRSM.
