Your second 10 lessons, 50% off

    Validity: from 01 Jan 2019 to 30 Apr 2019

For beginners to learn piano here at PIANO PATHWAYS in Feilding, or for students transferring from other towns, here is an offer to encourage you to stick with tuition for two full terms. Your second term of 10 weeks will only be billed at half-fees! This time frame gives you the chance to fully investigate what's on offer for learning piano and/or theory, before deciding if your time has been worthwhile. This is particularly useful for a beginner, because a comprehensive approach is not confined to reading notes in the tutor book... it takes some weeks to be introduced to all the aspects on offer -- listening games, games for naming keys, creating compositions, match-up activities, interactive computer quizzes, rote tunes, instant 5-finger tunes, improvising, duets with the teacher.... It would be rewarding to experience each of these. Simply mention this offer as you book in for lessons and it will be noted in the attendance register to have your second account adjusted. Consumables may still need to be billed. PIANO PATHWAYS is at 8 Kimbolton Road, near the Feilding CDB. Phone 323 3929.

Creating a stimulating learning environment for private music lessons

But it doesn’t all have to be about Music! Some were about Science and Geography, some were joke books and children’s pictur...

    Jeanne Purdy Singing School

Jeanne taught my daughter singing for three years. She gave her outstanding encouragement and support. Jeanne always made sure she had songs that suited her voice, and was always willing to 'go the extra mile' when she was preparing for competitions or NCEA singing. We greatly appreciate Jeanne's contribution to my daughter's singing and personal development.

    My Singing with Jeanne

I joined Jeanne around 5 years ago to scratch a mid life itch to rekindle an interest in singing. Starting from a position of very rough round the edges encouragement and some expert tuition from Jeanne has brought me improvement and confidence. I really enjoy participating in both choir groups and doing some solo work as well. I am having a blast with a great bunch of people and I now firmly believe singing is so good for health and for soul.

Two if my girls have been learning singing off Jeanne. They love their classes and have both gain significant confidence and skill in their time with her. I highly recommend.

Our unique trip takes around about 5.5hrs and is a combination of a sightseeing trip by bus or van (a 45 min drive into Skippers Canyon, one of the most scenic roads in NZ), and rafting on the upper Shotover River. The on-river trip is pretty gentle, we are only rafting on grade 1 & 2 rapids. This means that any water that sloshes into the raft, does so without violence or force. In fact, water confidence is not necessary. We do stop along the way on the river and adults and kids who want to, ... Read more can try the various rock jumps into the river, and swim in the river. The trip definitely falls into the soft adventure category, it is NOT your average SCARY raft trip that you would experience on higher graded sections of the river. We are, however, the only rafting operator in Queenstown who takes children under 13 years on the Shotover, we take kids as young as 3 years as water confidence is not necessary. We cater for everyone, especially people looking for a scenic and non-threatening ...
